  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Milk
  • Coarse salt
  1. Turn out dough onto a work surface; sprinkle evenly with chives. Gather dough into a square. Cut into 8 equal portions and pat into 3/4-inch-thick rounds. Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with milk and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 400 degrees until golden and puffed, 15 to 20 minutes.
