Ingredients
  • 8 ears yellow corn, husked
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • Pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill the corn on all sides until bright yellow and slightly charred, about 8 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  2. Rub 2 tablespoons feta onto each ear of corn, then season generously with pepper.
