Crunchy Farina Chicken Wings

  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 cup farina
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  1. Arrange a rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees . Generously grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together the farina, onion salt and cayenne. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Arrange the wings in an even layer on the prepared pan and coat with cooking spray. Bake, turning once halfway through cooking, until golden and crunchy, about 40 minutes.
