  • Toasted rye bread
  • Swiss cheese
  • Sliced turkey
  • Sauerkraut
  • Thousand Island dressing
  1. Spread some dijon mustard on 2 pieces of toasted rye bread; layer in swiss cheese, sliced turkey, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. Heat the sandwich in a lightly oiled skillet until the bread is goldenbrown and the cheese is melted.
