Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound tomatillos, quartered
  • 1 plum tomato, quartered
  • 2 jalapenos, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped white onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
  1. Pulse all ingredients in food processor. Serve over steak or in enchiladas and burritos, or use as a dip for chips.
