Spicy Roast Chicken Legs

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless chicken legs (2 lbs.)
  • 1/4 cup EVOO
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
  1. Make 4 deep scores on each leg. Place all ingredients in plastic bag; marinate 15 minutes. Bake on lined baking sheet at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
