Ingredients
- 4 skinless chicken legs (2 lbs.)
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Make 4 deep scores on each leg. Place all ingredients in plastic bag; marinate 15 minutes. Bake on lined baking sheet at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
