Smoked Salmon Crisps

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper
  • 5 ounces thick-cut potato chips
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon
  1. Mix sour cream, dill, salt and pepper. Dollop onto chips and top with small slices of salmon.
