Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons store-bought dulce de leche
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Directions
- Warm dulce de leche in small pot; whisk in milk, cocoa and salt. Cook until just starting to simmer.
