Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can cannellini beans
- 1 15 ounce can kidney beans
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup EVOO, plus more for drizzling
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Pulse first 6 ingredients in food processor. With machine on, stream in 1/4 cup EVOO and puree; refrigerate. Sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with more EVOO.
