This recipe is homespun dim sum!

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces smoked pork belly or slab bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 4 parbaked crusty dinner rolls
Directions
  1. On baking sheet, toss pork with maple syrup and ginger; bake at 400 degrees until browned, about 20 minutes. Bake rolls according to package instructions. Split warm rolls and fill with pork.
