This recipe is homespun dim sum!
Makes: 4 servings
- 12 ounces smoked pork belly or slab bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 parbaked crusty dinner rolls
- On baking sheet, toss pork with maple syrup and ginger; bake at 400 degrees until browned, about 20 minutes. Bake rolls according to package instructions. Split warm rolls and fill with pork.
