Pear-and-Apple Relish

Makes: 8 servings
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 2 pears, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in pan with 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil, cover and cook, 20 minutes. Serve warm.
