Loaded Veggie Nachos

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
  • 1 7 ounce bag  corn chips
  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons minced pickled jalapenos
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup salsa verde
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
Directions
  1. Layer first 4 ingredients on baking sheet; bake at 350 degrees . Top with tomato, salsa and olives.
