Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
Directions
  1. Mix first 7 ingredients plus 2 tbsp. mint. Form 1-inch balls; broil until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Mix yogurt with remaining mint for dipping.
