Feta & Pistachio Triangles

Ingredients
  • 4 sheets phyllo
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
  1. Brush 2 phyllo sheets with 1 tbsp. butter each; top each with another sheet. Cut crosswise into 6 strips each. Mix feta and half of nuts; place 1 tsp. at end of strips. Fold corner to corner like a flag. Brush with butter; bake on parchment lined sheet at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with honey and remaining nuts.
