Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 1 demi baguette (6-inch), split and toasted
  • 3 ounces roast beef
  • 2 tablespoons drained, chopped kimchi
  • 1/2 cup baby arugula
Directions
  1. Slather horseradish on cut sides of bread. Top with roast beef, kimchi and arugula.
