- 3/4cup drained, chopped oil-packed artichoke hearts
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
- Combine all ingredients. Serve on crackers or crostini.
