Sparkling Pink Lemonade

Makes: 12 servings

  • Juice of 6 lemons (about 1 cup), plus 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 5 cups seltzer, chilled
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice, chilled
  1. Strain the lemon juice into a large serving pitcher. Add the sugar and still until dissolved. Stir in the seltzer, cranberry juice and lemon slices.
