Tuna with Peppercorns

- 1 1/2-inch pieces of tuna steak
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Cracked black peppercorns
- Toss 1 1/2-inch pieces of tuna steak in extra-virgin olive oil and roll in cracked black peppercorns. Thread onto skewers and grill until medium-rare.
