  • Garlic, chopped
  • Tomato paste
  • Lemon zest
  • Lemon juice
  • Ground cumin
  • Ground allspice
  • Fresh tuna
  • Flatbread
  • Dijon mustard
  • Fresh spinach
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Honey
  1. Cook chopped garlic, tomato paste, lemon zest and juice, ground cumin and allspice with the onion. Skip the egg and parmesan. Swap in chopped fresh tuna for the meat mix. Serve on flatbread with dijon mustard, spinach, pomegranate seeds and honey.
