  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Taco shells
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Sour cream
  1. Add canned black beans to Sweet Potatoes and Corn; fill taco shells and serve with shredded lettuce and sour cream.
