- Extra-virgin olive oil
- Smashed garlic cloves
- Fresh rosemary
- Salt
- Marinate lamb rib chops with extra-virgin olive oil, smashed garlic cloves and fresh rosemary. Skewer the chops, sprinkle with salt and grill to medium-rare.
