  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 16 ounce jar  salsa
  • 1 15 ounce can  rinsed black beans
  • 1 10 ounce bag  thawed frozen corn
  • Salt
  • Flour tortillas
  1. In a large skillet, simmer 1 pound lean ground beef, stirring to break up the meat, with a 16-ounce jar salsa. Add a 15-ounce can rinsed black beans and a 10-ounce bag thawed frozen corn; season with salt and cook until heated through. Serve with flour tortillas and your favorite burrito fixins.
