SXSW Spicy Mocha Egg Cream

- 5 tablespoons coffee liqueur, such as Kahlua
- 1/4cup half-and-half
- 3 tablespoons store-bought chocolate syrup
- 2 dashes cinnamon
- Pinch chili powder
- Seltzer water, chilled
- In a glass, stir together the coffee liqueur, half-and-half, chocolate syrup, cinnamon and chili powder. Top with the seltzer.
