Makes: 4 servings
- Halved pitted nectarines
- Maraschino cherries, plus cherry juice for basting
- Pineapple chunks
- Start with halved pitted nectarines. Place a cherry in each cavity, then skewer through both fruits, along with pineapple chunks. Grill on both sides, basting with maraschino cherry juice.
