- Crusty bread
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing
- Balsamic vinegar reduction
- Thread red and green grapes, cubes of grill-friendly cheese (such as haloumi or feta) and crusty bread brushed with extra-virgin olive oil onto skewers; grill. Drizzle with a balsamic vinegar reduction.
