  • Broccoli rabe, finely chopped
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Crumbled ricotta salata cheese
  • Mushroom caps
  1. Saute finely chopped broccoli rabe with extra-virgin olive oil and garlic. Stir in crumbled ricotta salata cheese and stuff into mushroom caps. Skewer and grill, stuffing side up.
