- Deviled Eggs, mayonnaise omitted
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped smoked salmon
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
- Prepare the Deviled Eggs yolk mixture using sour cream in place of the mayonnaise. Stir in smoked salmon and chives. Fill the egg white halves and top with chopped capers.
