- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 inches squares of orange bell pepper
- Medium-size cooked shrimp
- Sliced scallions
- Mix soy sauce into peanut butter. Spread 1/2 teaspoon on bell pepper squares. Cut shrimp in half and place cut side down on each square. Garnish with scallions.
