Scallion-Ginger Sauce

This is one easy saucejust stir and serve! Great for dipping dumplings or raw veggies, or for drizzling on roasted meat, fish or chicken.

- 1/3cup rice vinegar
- 1/4cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 finely chopped scallion
- 1/4teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
- Just stir and serve.
