Gorgonzola with Pears Bruschetta

  • Ripe pear, thinly sliced
  • Cream cheese
  • Crumbled gorgonzola
  • Bread slices, grilled
  • Balsamic vinegar
  1. Thinly slice a ripe pear. Combine equal parts cream cheese and crumbled gorgonzola cheese; spread on the grilled bread and fan the pear slices over the cheese. Place back on the grill until the cheese melts and the pear softens. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
