Ingredients
  • 1 6 ounce log  goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 ounces finely chopped Canadian bacon
  • Ginger preserves
  • Crackers
Directions
  1. Bring a 6-ounce log of goat cheese to room temperature. In a shallow dish, combine 1/3 cup chopped cilantro with 2 ounces finely chopped Canadian bacon. Roll the goat cheese in the mixture to coat. Serve with ginger preserves and crackers.
