  • Garlic
  • EVOO
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt, fresh cracked pepper and cayenne pepper
  • Fresh lump crabmeat
  • Bread slices, grilled
  • Tomato sauce
  • Fresh jalapeno, thinly sliced
  1. Saute garlic in EVOO, add heavy cream and reduce by half; season with salt, fresh cracked pepper and cayenne pepper. Let cool, then toss with fresh lump crabmeat. Skip the classics chopped tomato and smear the grilled bread with tomato sauce instead. Pile on the crab and garnish with thinly sliced fresh jalapeno.
