Candied Salmon

Makes: 12 servings
- 1 inch cubes of salmon
- Dijon mustard
- Splash of lemon juice
- Brown sugar
- Toss 1-inch cubes of salmon with dijon mustard and a splash of lemon juice. Thread onto skewers, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill on a well-oiled grate to medium-rare.
