Ingredients
  • 1 inch cubes of salmon
  • Dijon mustard
  • Splash of lemon juice
  • Brown sugar
Directions
  1. Toss 1-inch cubes of salmon with dijon mustard and a splash of lemon juice. Thread onto skewers, sprinkle with brown sugar and grill on a well-oiled grate to medium-rare.
