Ingredients:

  • 3 brownies
  • 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 6 tablespoons crème de menthe
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Swap it
Replace the brownies with crushed chocolate cookies or shortbread.

Directions:

  1. Crumble the brownies and divide among 4 martini glasses. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass. Pour the crème de menthe over the ice cream, and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
