Pretzels with Cheesy Beer Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup lager beer
  • 6 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Warm soft pretzels

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat beer over medium heat. Stir in cheddar cheese, flour and mustard until hot and smooth. Serve with pretzels.
