  • 6 ounces frozen limeade concentrate
  • 1 cup light rum
  • 4 pieces candied ginger
  1. In a blender, combine the limeade, rum and 4 cups ice and blend until smooth. Using scissors, make a short cut into each piece of ginger and place a piece on the side of each glass. Pour the daiquiris into the prepared glasses.
