Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup seltzer
  • 1/4 cup limoncello
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cranberry juice
  • Ice
  • 1 3/4-by-3-inch strip lemon peel, for garnish
Directions
  1. Stir together the seltzer, limoncello and cranberry juice. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with the lemon peel.
Tip
  • Serve over cranberry juice ice cubes for an extra burst of tartness.
