- 1 whole clove
- 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice (1/2 tablespoon) and 1 lemon slice
- 2 ounces Applejack (4 tablespoons)
- 1/4 ounce pure maple syrup (1/2 tablespoon)
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Press the clove into the lemon slice. Place the applejack, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon stick in a heatproof mug. Top with 3/4 cup boiling water and stir. Float the lemon slice on top.
