Americans have been drinking Applejack for 300 years, and if you've ever had a sip you know why: A single bottle packs the flavor of six pounds of apples.

Makes: 1 servings

Prep: 5 mins

Ingredients
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 ounces Applejack (4 tablespoons)
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 lemon twist
Directions
  1. In a rocks glass, muddle the sugar cube with the bitters until the sugar has dissolved. Add the Applejack and the ice cubes, stir and garnish with the lemon twist.
